A. Yes to both, at least on most computers. The relevant settings will usually be found in the Control Panel, probably under the Mouse settings, or perhaps Touchpad settings, although if you have installed a mouse other than the one supplied with your PC then it may have its own settings icon in the Control Panel. You will find that there are quite a number of mouse, or touchpad, features that may be adjusted.
